The Northwest Music Department is thrilled to present Wonderland on August 13–16!

We are especially excited to be one of the first high schools in the United States to perform this newly released version of the show, making this a unique opportunity for our audiences to experience an exciting new musical.

In Wonderland, Alice is a modern-day wife and mother who finds herself overwhelmed by life and a failing marriage. After falling down a magical elevator shaft, she is transported back to the extraordinary world of Wonderland. As she searches for her daughter, Chloe, Alice reunites with unforgettable characters like the smooth-talking Cheshire Cat, the ever-punctual White Rabbit, and the delightfully eccentric Queen of Hearts, while facing off against the power-hungry Mad Hatter and her sinister sidekick.

Will Alice find her way home, or will she lose herself in the chaos? Join us for a spectacular, pop-filled musical adventure about family, resilience, second chances, and learning to believe in yourself again.

On Saturday, we invite our younger guests to join us for our Mad Tea Party, a fun-filled event featuring snacks, visits with characters from Wonderland, and a special interactive performance of one of the show’s musical numbers where children will have the opportunity to become part of the action. A parent or guardian is required to accompany each child attending the Mad Tea Party. Please note that the Mad Tea Party is a separate special event and is not a matinee performance of Wonderland.
