Northwest Public Schools will be hosting a “Fees Night” where parents will have an opportunity to pay their students’ $25 Technology Fee, Class Dues,  Activity Fees, and apply money to their lunch account. This is a “Cash or Check ONLY” event. If you would like to make a payment with credit card, you may do so via e-Funds.

Chromebooks are NOT being distributed at this event.  They will be distributed on the first day of school, after fees have ALL been paid.  Parents are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to avoid delays in students receiving their chromebooks. 

This event will take place on Tuesday, August 4th in the High School Cafeteria from 5:00pm-6:30pm.  As noted in our device user agreement signed during the registration process, each year students in grades 6-12 are required to pay a technology use fee. This $25 fee allows students to take the Chromebook home on the first day of school. 

It is important to remember that this fee does not include damage fees. Students will be charged a $25 incident fee for any damage or repairs needed on their device.  This is a per incident fee and will be charged accordingly.

Reminder: Some fees may be waived if you have qualified for Free & Reduced Lunch AND have completed the Sharing Information Form.  This process must be done prior to this event.  Fees are not refundable.
