Athletic Information

Seventh and eighth grade students are eligible to participate in athletics. Our Middle Schools offer girls volleyball and basketball and boys are offered basketball in each of their own buildings. Northwest High School offers football, wrestling, and track for seventh and eighth grade boys and girls. Northwest High School sponsored athletics are conducted at the high school. Students who participate in feeder school athletic programs need a physical examination that is current for that school year.

Fall Sports 

7th and 8th Grade Football

Coach Rupp will be hosting a player/parent meeting on Monday, August 20 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will take place at GINW high school. 8th grade boys will check out equipment on Tuesday the 21st after school. 7th graders boys will check out equipment on Wednesday the 22nd after school. 

The first practice will take place on Thursday, August 23rd at GINW.

Girls in 7th and 8th grade have the opportunity to participate in volleyball at Chapman with other girls from 1-R and Chapman.  Coach Raile will be hosting a player/parent meeting on August 22 at 6:00. The meeting will take place at the Chapman School. The first practice will take place on Monday, August 27 at Chapman.

Boys in 7th and 8th grade have the opportunity to participate in basketball at Chapman with other boys from 1-R and Chapman.  The boys basketball season begins following the Christmas break. Coach Robinson will be hosting a player/parent meeting on ___________ at 6:00. The meeting will take place at the Chapman School. 

The first practice will take place on Monday, January ____ at Chapman.
